*Summary/Objective *The production lead position is responsible for supervising production workers in a dairy manufacturing/blending facility.
This position plans and assigns work, implements policies and procedures, and recommends improvements in methods, equipment, and procedures.
The position follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.

Performing the duties of this job include: contact with dry dairy products, frequent exposure to airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration.

Required: High school diploma or GED and 1 – 2 years of production experience.
