*POSITION OVERVIEW:* *POSITION OVERVIEW:* As a Flexographic Production Manager, your primary objective is to foster a culture that prioritizes safety, quality, and optimal productivity.
This means leading and motivating your team to achieve optimal performance and output that meets the needs of all Flash4 customers.
Your role will require ensuring that all team members are well-trained on processes, equipment upgrades, and performance metrics.
Additionally, you will provide support and innovative ideas to achieve Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals for your department.

We are prepared to offer competitive compensation for the ideal candidate! *ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * _*Safety and Compliance*_ * Consistently demonstrates a "safety first" mentality and is committed to upholding the company's safety and security policies above all else.
* Working with other applicable Flash4 staff to ensure compliance with state and federal OSHA and EPA regulations and conducting mandated training programs.
* Consistently ensuring all Flash4 Safety Policies (including Lock-Out Tag-Out/LOTO) are prioritized and followed by all Flash4 employees.
_*Managing Efficiencies and Productivity *_ * The ability and willingness to work “hands on” with assisting our Maintenance Department in developing the safest methods of improving our operational efficiencies.
* Ensure equipment needs are met through management of repair and preventative maintenance schedules to ensure employee safety, customer demands, and optimal production efficiencies.
* Conducts research to propose and implement new technologies within the industry to Flash4.
* Oversees the department to ensure that Key Performance Indicators are met or exceeded.
* Optimizes staffing, processes, and equipment to control costs effectively.
* Ensure physical departmental needs are met through inventory control management and spare parts ordering and/or repair requests.
_*Optimal Production and Quality Assurance Innovations *_ * Ability to approach problem-solving, business analysis, and project development with a confident sense of trust, reliability, and transparency.
The ability to approach troubleshooting, project development, and business performance in an analytical manner is critical.
* Demonstrates independent judgment and discretion when working within a fast-paced work environment.
* Collaborates with Customer Service, Sales, Quality, and all necessary team members to ensure products meet customer specifications.
* Manages Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), QC or other material investigations requiring corrective action.
* Assit in hiring, training, safety, discipline, equipment purchases, and maintenance of warehouse equipment.
* Manage and oversee the department's capital investment initiative to ensure optimal performance.
_*Communication, Leadership and Teamwork*_ * Proficiency in communicating effectively (written and verbal) with all Flash4 team members and sustains impactful relationships with Flash4 personnel.
* Ability to handle multiple priorities within time sensitive environments.
* Act as an employee mentor in handling day-to-day personnel issues or requests with confidence.
* Collaborating with all Flash4 departments to effectively communicate daily, weekly and monthly KPI goals and challenges.
* Fostering trust by positively engaging with team members daily.
* Exhibiting exceptional listening skills, acknowledging, and appreciating the ideas and contributions of others.
* Representing Flash4 at industry focused trade shows or other applicable marketing events.
*EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: * * Minimum of a BS/BA, including a strong background in manufacturing, management, and financial experiences.
* Must have an extended amount of Production Management experience and Flexo Printing experience.
* Efficient computer skills specific to Excel * Familiarity with the LabelTrax platform is preferred.
* Variable data and digital print knowledge is strongly preferred.
*GENERAL INFORMATION: * * This is a full-time position with general working hours Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM * Starting annual base salary based on experience plus performance incentives.
* Relocation assistance may be available and negotiated.
* Please note this position does require some physical demand including but not limited to ability to stand for extended periods of time, able to move and lift up to 50 pounds and ability to reach and bend.
