General Laborer - Floater

Responsibilities: - Perform various manual labor tasks as assigned - Assist with the assembly and fabrication of products - Operate power tools and hand tools to complete assigned tasks - Load and unload materials using forklifts or other equipment - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Follow all safety protocols and guidelines Qualifications: - Mechanical knowledge and aptitude - Experience operating forklifts or willingness to learn - Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions or blueprints - Proficient with power tools and hand tools - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as needed - Prior experience in a warehouse or construction environment is a plus Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
