Part time temporary preventative maintenance technician

$1,000 dollar sign on bonus $750 dollar referral bonus POSITION OVERVIEW: The Preventative Maintenance Technician supports production and maintenance needs as well as performs general preventative maintenance on shop equipment.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES: The preventative maintenance technician's primary duties are to perform general maintenance and preventative maintenance of shop equipment.
Perform all required preventative maintenance on equipment throughout the shop.
Repair and replace parts on mechanical equipment: presses, drills, welders, robots, spray paint systems, laser and welding units.
Complete general maintenance projects and other jobs as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Previous preventative maintenance experience preferred.
2 years minimum experience working in a manufacturing environment.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES: The preventative maintenance technician must posses a strong understanding of manufacturing equipment and have the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
They must have the ability to trouble shoot and resolve issues.
Ability to read and understand blueprints and work instructions.
Must posses the ability to stand, sit and walk for up to 10 hours and lift 25 pounds.
