You'll get to: Ensures safe and healthy working conditions and instituting measures to reduce or eliminate industrial accidents and health hazards and compliance with company safety rules and OSHA regulations.
Maintains good departmental safety consistent with the site goals and objectives.
Maintains continuing emphasis on good housekeeping.
Organizes and proactively manage their team to ensure meeting production and delivery expectations while maximizing available labor, skills, knowledge, experience and capabilities.
Continued focus upon team cross training and skill diversity.
Accept, update and follow through on assigned projects in a timely manner.
Evaluate manufacturing related problems and take corrective action as needed.
Develop and drive cost savings utilizing continuous improvement & lean methodologies.
Apply through areas assigned by learning, applying, and teaching.
Ensure team member compliance to all operations procedures and documented processes and address non-conformities.

You also have: High school diploma or GED.
