Job Summary
We are looking to hire a Concrete Foreman in the Tomah/Mauston/LaCrosse/Baraboo area.
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7am to 4:30pm and Friday 7am to 11am
Responsibilities and Duties
Ability to read plans and specifications
Ability to layout site concrete and foundations
Ability to set grade
Ability to finish concrete
Ability to manage a team of 3-7 team members
Ability to travel from site to site is required.
Ability to follow direction and work well with others is essential.
Must follow all training and safety rules.
Must be willing and able to learn skills that may be required to complete a job.
Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
3-5 years experience as concrete foreman/finisher
Prior experience managing teams
Carpentry experience is a plus, when not busy with concrete this position will be working as a Carpenter
Skills- Problem solver, detail-oriented, excellent customer service skills, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently.

Salary
Wage is based on experience.
