Concrete Finisher/Laborer

```Job Overview``` We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team.
As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for applying finishing touches to concrete surfaces, ensuring they are smooth, level, and visually appealing.
This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work with various tools and equipment.
```Responsibilities``` - Prepare concrete areas for finishing by cleaning, leveling, and smoothing them - Apply concrete mixtures to areas using hand or power tools - Use trowels, screeds, and floats to create a smooth finish - Add decorative elements to concrete surfaces as required - Repair damaged concrete surfaces by patching or resurfacing - Operate heavy equipment such as Skidsteers once qualified to use - Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area ```Qualifications``` - Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role - Strong knowledge of concrete mixing and finishing techniques - Familiarity with floor finishing with hand power trowler or rider.
Using a viber screed and use of bull float.
- Proficient in operating both power and hand tools - Ability to read and interpret blueprints or construction plans are a plus.
- Knowledge of forming and setting wall forms is a big plus.
