The Production Supervisor manages the hourly processing and packaging employees under the direction of the Plant Manager, to ensure the manufacturing of safe quality foods.
Responsibilities include workload balance, basic troubleshooting, and performance feedback while following and holding employees accountable to company policies, standard operating procedures and achieving our goals with an emphasis on safety, quality, and productivity.

Pay: $65,000.
