Looking for help creating tokens - $100 (La Crosse)

Will pay for guidance in creating (minting) a new crypto token, a legitimate coin that will have value (given by employers to employees as rewards for perfect attendance, extra effort, etc and that the recipients can "spend" like cash on a rewards website).
Not a meme coin project, more a rewards points project using a token on the blockchain.
I can do it, following simple youtube videos, but would like to have someone knowledgeable along side to avoid the pitfalls.
Will pay a fee, of course, but might also consider taking on a partner in the project.
