Wanted: Retractable AWNING MATERIAL REPLACEMENT (Onalaska)

Wanted: MATERIAL REPLACEMENT for 12x18 ft Electric Awning We have a wonderful Electric Awning that works great, but the material is getting too old and NEEDS REPLACEMENT.
The hardware is all Aluminum and works great, very little wear.
It is located on a large wooden deck, 18ft x 12ft and is easily accessible.
(The 1 Photo is just a likeness, ours is darker in color now.
) We are looking for: 1) PURCHASE THE 12ft x 18ft MATERIAL in a warm, summer, sunny color.
less dark, more lighter color.
2) Help INSTALLING the MATERIAL FABRIC if possible.
3) Verbal help if you have had this done and any tips or suggestions.

12/2023+ Probably more interested in finding a great replacement Fabric and having help installing it in the WARM SPRING as length is fun and challenging.
