Wanted: Help Repairing a Tabletop Victrola record player (Holmen)

I have a 1911 Victrola Tabletop Record Player that needs a REPAIR or REPLACEMENT of it's dual wind up spring / cylinder.
I'm looking for THAT PART repair, or replacement to make it work again.
Any help greatly appreciated.
Money is tight, there is almost no one LISTENING to these, so I need the cost to be the most reasonable.
I can pay you in trade(s) and some cash if that helps .

I have lots of movies, mp3 music, etc.
if that helps get it fixed and stored.
(I am working on figuring out the removal and ordering of those dual drums, but if you can do it more locally, great.
) I am skilled in a lot of things, but 1911 Victrola Repair - not so much.
