I personally talked to the Wisconsin Dept.
of Professional Services and they told me there are more people using Fraudulent contractors licenses like WI 2777 than there are Contractors using Legitimate Contractors Licenses.
They told me Contractor Fraud is a huge problem in Wisconsin.
