Land contract/contract for deed/rent to own (Sparta)

In search of 3+ bedroom home in Sparta, WI area that the owner would be willing to do a Land Contract or rent to own.
Terms could include a contract for X amount of years to contract until financing would be needed through a bank (would need 3 or more years) Please let me know what you have.
I have an excellent rental history, have currently been at the same rental for 3+ years, current rental payments are $1200/month and always on time.
