*DiscoverTree Childcare Center* is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Full-Time *Classroom Assistant/Aide*.
As a childcare center worker, you will play a crucial role in providing a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children under our care.

Responsibilities:
* Supervise and engage children in various activities, both indoors and outdoors, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
* Plan and implement age-appropriate educational and recreational activities that stimulate children's physical, intellectual, and emotional growth.
* Create a positive and inclusive environment that encourages social interaction, teamwork, and self-expression.
* Assist in maintaining a clean and organized childcare facility, including sanitizing toys and play areas, preparing meals, and ensuring hygiene practices are followed.
* Collaborate with parents and communicate effectively about their child's daily activities, progress, and any concerns that may arise.
* Observe and monitor children's behavior and development, addressing any issues or developmental delays promptly and appropriately.
* Uphold and enforce established childcare center policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
* Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities as required.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent; formal education in early childhood development or related field is preferred.
* Previous experience working in a childcare center, preschool, or similar setting is highly desirable.
* A genuine love for children and a strong desire to provide them with a nurturing and supportive environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues effectively.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining a safe and clean environment.
* Basic knowledge of child development principles, early learning methodologies, and age-appropriate activities.
* Current CPR and First Aid certifications, or willingness to obtain them.
