We are seeking an innovative and motivated team player to fill our full-time Child Care Programs Specialist position.
This 40 hour per week position is eligible for health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plan, as well as flexible scheduling, a generous personal leave time package and paid holidays.

We are looking for someone with experience in a child care setting, who’s passionate about the economic importance of early childhood education, and has an interest in serving child care educators and families using a strength-based approach.
Principle duties include: teaching child care trainings, providing onsite technical assistance, supporting families who are searching for child care, conducting child care data collection, and general department administration.
Minimum qualifications: experience in a child care setting, knowledge of child care regulations and best practice, ability to develop productive and collaborative relationships, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, current driver’s license, proof of adequate car insurance, and access to reliable transportation.
Preferred candidates will have a degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field and two years of experience as a lead teacher, director or family child care provider.
Physical requirements; ability to lift objects up to 40 pounds, ability to operate a computer for extended periods of time (2-3) hours and ability to sit for up to 6-8 hours.
