\*\*SIGN ON BONUS\*\* Responsibilities: - Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool children - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow - Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in young children - Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and creativity - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience for students - Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to parents/guardians as needed - Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance - Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs - Use various teaching methods and materials to engage students in learning Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred - Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a childcare or educational setting - Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents/guardians, and other stakeholders - Familiarity with lesson planning and curriculum development - Experience working with students who have special educational needs is a plus - Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment Skills: - Special education - Educate - Lesson planning - Tutoring - Childhood development - Experience working with children - Math skills (basic arithmetic) - Experience working with students who have special educational needs is a plus - Childcare experience (preferably in a preschool or early childhood setting) - Toddler care experience Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the requirements for the position.
