**Position Overview:**
As a Bear Club Attendant, you will be responsible for providing a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children staying at our resort.
You will organize and facilitate various activities, games, and crafts to entertain and educate children of different age groups.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, excellent communication skills, and the ability to ensure a positive experience for both children and their parents.
**Responsibilities:**
Greet children and their families warmly upon arrival at the Bear Club.
Supervise children and ensure their safety at all times during their stay at the Bear Club.
Plan and execute age-appropriate activities, including games, crafts, storytelling, and outdoor adventures.
Maintain a clean and organized Bear Club area, including play areas, toys, and craft supplies.
Engage children in educational activities that promote learning and creativity.
Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates on activities and any concerns or issues that arise.
Enforce Bear Club rules and guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all children.
Handle emergencies or behavioral issues calmly and professionally, following resort protocols and procedures.
Collaborate with other resort staff to coordinate activities and events for families, such as movie nights, scavenger hunts, dance parties and holiday activities.
Task-driven individual who is able to focus on the guest, ensuring complete satisfaction with each transaction/interaction.
**Requirements:**
Previous experience working with children in a daycare, camp, or similar setting preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with children of all ages.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Understanding of child development and age-appropriate activities.
Ability to lift and carry equipment as required.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests.
