Description:
This position is a full-time, 12-month position.
Our Kid’s Company School Age Child Care Program offers before and after-school child care to children ages preschool through 5th grade, and a dynamic summer care and enrichment program.
We are looking for an energetic and organized leader with strong relationship-building skills to join the Community Education leadership team and coordinate this important resource in the District.
Compensation based upon experience, between $37,500-$41,000 per year.
The benefit package includes nine paid holidays; vacation, sick, and personal time off; health, life, and long-term disability insurance; wellness incentive and a monthly cellphone stipend.
Qualifications:
A four-year degree in recreation management, education, human services, or a related field and a minimum of three years of experience in youth program management is required.
Strong technology use skills are preferred, as staff and student scheduling software is technology-based.
Experience in staff supervision and training, as well as budget management, is preferred.
