- Implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs to promote childhood development.
- Supervise children during playtime - Provide basic caregiving tasks such as games, crafts, and play.
- Manage children's behavior and promote positive social interactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized play area.
- Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of the children.
Requirements: - Previous experience in childcare, babysitting, nannying, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of childhood development and early childhood education principles.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members.
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to handle challenging behaviors.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent education required.
Additional certifications in early childhood education are desirable.
