This position is a full time, 12 month position.
Our Kid’s Company School Age Child Care Program offers before and after school child care to children ages preschool through 5th grade, and a dynamic summer care and enrichment program.
We are looking for an energetic and organized leader with strong relationship building skills to join the Community Education leadership team and coordinate this important resource in the District.
Compensation based upon experience, between $37,500-$41,000 per year.
The benefit package includes nine paid holidays; vacation, sick, and personal time off; health, life, and long term disability insurance; wellness incentive and monthly cellphone stipend.
*Qualifications:*
A four year degree in recreation management, education, human services, or a related field and a minimum of three years of experience in youth program management is preferred.
Strong technology use skills are preferred, as staff and student scheduling software is technology based.
Experience in staff supervision and training as well as budget management is preferred.
