Teacher Assistants for 3k/4k Surround Care

Summary Congregational Preschool is looking for a qualified Teacher Assistant to work part-time during the school year.
Not qualified yet? We will pay for your training! Opportunities for part or full time! Duties Assist in the implementation of curricula activities and encourage participation by children.
Actively engage in activities; manage cleanliness, maintenance, and availability of classroom materials.
Assist the Teacher with daily responsibilities in the classroom, on the playground, and in shared school space.
Encourage self-help and good hygiene through behavior modeling.
Help ensure smooth daily transitions between home, school, and/or surround care.
Follow all center policies and state regulations.
Requirements Prefer a minimum of 1-2 years of professional child care or school experience.
High energy and the ability to work well with others (staff, children, and parents) and to foster a team environment.
An understanding of child development.
High School Diploma or GED Must clear full background check and must pass health screening.
