Vernon Electric Cooperative, headquartered in Westby, Wisconsin is seeking a full-time, Member Service Representative (MSR) specializing in Collections.
This position serves as a primary service contact for our members.
Duties include member inquiries, updating account information, establishing new accounts, payment arrangements, processing payments, disconnect/reconnect requests, and coordinating the collection of delinquent accounts.
This person should be able to multi-task, be dependable, have computer knowledge (MS Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook), and be committed to working as a team player in an office setting.
High School diploma or equivalent required.
An associate degree in accounting, business, or administrative-related fields is preferred.
Two years of related job experience in credit and collections is preferred.
