Responsibilities: - Equine Veterinary Front Desk Customer Service Associate will greet clients in person and answer the phone in a friendly and warm way with enthusiasm to listen to needs, and solve problems.
Some are as simple as booking appointments in the company software to more complicated issues and answering equine veterinary questions.
The daily tasks of the Customer Service Associate will; Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries, concerns, and requests.
