Maintenance Worker

We are looking for a Part time reliable, self motivated, skilled maintenance worker to perform essential upkeep tasks for a property in Onalaska & Holmen, WI.
In this position, you will be responsible for a wide variety of activities such as repairs and grounds work to ensure that our facilities are both clean and well maintained.
Being reliable and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail Duties to Include: – Basic household maintenance of buildings & units – Light painting, landscaping and turnover of units when tenants vacate Part time position with flexiable hours Job Type: Part-time Benefits: * 401(k) Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday * On call Experience: * Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Work Location: In person
