Altra Products & Services include Checking, Savings, Certificates, IRAs, Trust accounts, Consumer loans w/protection product add-ons, 2nd Mortgages, insured loan products, Credit cards, Savings Bonds, Gift cards, Notary services and more.
Qualified applicants are required to have a High School diploma, GED or HSED.
Financial Services background would be a plus but is not required.
One (1) to three (3) years' sales and customer service experience is required to help determine members’ financial needs and cross-sell appropriate Altra products and services.
Bilingual ability is a plus!
This position is full time, 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday between the operating hours of 8:30 a.
m.
and 5:30 p.
m.
, and requires some flexibility within these hours, as needed.
La Crosse FSRs will be required to work one Saturday every 6-weeks at the Onalaska, WI office from 7:45 A.
M.
to 12:15 P.
M.

* Competitive starting rate of $17.
00/hour, depending on experience and participation in an incentive plan.
